❓ How can I book a SUP board?
You can book a SUP online using the reservation form on our website (see the Reservations or Price List section), or by calling / messaging us directly.
After submitting the form, you will receive an email with all essential information, including directions and meeting details.
❓ Can I pay on-site?
Yes — you can pay in cash, via BLIK, or Revolut at the pickup location.
We prefer on-site payment due to occasionally unpredictable weather conditions.
❓ What if I need to change or cancel my reservation?
Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
Reservations can be changed or cancelled via email, phone call, or SMS (see the Contact section).
If you are delayed (e.g., traffic), please let us know as soon as possible.
🛶 Equipment & Routes
❓ What kind of SUP boards do you offer?
We offer SUP boards in various sizes — stable and easy to handle, suitable for both beginners and experienced paddlers.
The rental price includes:
– SUP board with equipment
– Paddle
– Life jacket (buoyancy aid)
– Waterproof bag upon request
For advanced paddlers, we also offer racing boards — more demanding but fast and dynamic.
For children, we provide boards adjusted to their weight and smaller paddles for comfortable and efficient paddling.
❓ Are your SUP boards suitable for beginners?
Yes! Our boards are stable and beginner-friendly.
Before entering the water, we provide a short safety and technique briefing.
❓ Which routes do you recommend?
In the Routes section on our website, you’ll find descriptions of:
• Routes on the Żerański Canal and Zegrze Lake
• Narew River – scenic river sections
• Bug River – beautiful natural river stretches
• Other seasonal trips and organized tours
❓ Are the routes difficult?
Most of our recommended routes are easy to moderately challenging and suitable for beginners.
Detailed difficulty information can be found in the description of each route.
📅 Opening Hours & Conditions
❓ What are your opening hours?
We operate during the season from spring to autumn.
Standard opening hours are from 10:00 AM until sunset.
Rental times are arranged individually when confirming your reservation.
Sunrise sessions are also possible upon prior arrangement.
❓ Do I need to book in advance?
Yes — especially during the summer season, we strongly recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability.
🛟 Safety
❓ Do I need to wear a life jacket?
Yes — each participant receives a mandatory life jacket that must be worn during the paddle.
Every board is also equipped with a leash (safety cord) to prevent it from drifting away if you fall into the water.
❓ Is there a safety briefing before paddling?
Yes — before renting, we provide a short briefing covering board handling, safety basics, and water rules.
❓ What happens in case of bad weather?
Reservations may be modified or cancelled in case of unsafe weather conditions. Safety is always our priority.
If there is strong wind or waves, alternative routes such as the Żerański Canal or the Bug River loop (with convenient parking) may be suggested.
💼 Payments & Policies
❓ How much does it cost to rent a SUP?
You can find the current prices in the Price List section of our website.
The cost depends on rental duration and type of equipment.
❓ Is there a deposit?
We do not require a deposit — our customers take good care of the equipment 😊
In case of lost, damaged, or submerged paddles or equipment parts, we charge a fee according to the price list.
This amount can be deducted from your next rental.

❓ Can I rent a SUP without prior experience?
Yes — beginners are welcome! We provide instructions and, upon request, additional tips on safe and efficient paddling.
