TERMS and CONDITIONS
§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The SUP Nieporęt rental operated by TARCHOMIN.COM Paweł Burzyński offers rental services of stand-up paddle boards (SUP) with equipment, as well as organizing paddle trips and training sessions.
Rentals are charged according to the current price list or individual agreements with the owner.
By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Participants rent equipment and take part in paddle trips or training sessions at their own risk, agreeing to follow safety rules, staff instructions, and these terms and conditions.
§2. RENTAL CONDITIONS
A valid photo ID (national ID, passport, or driving license) is required to rent equipment.
The rental reserves the right to refuse service without stating a reason, particularly to:
- persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
- minors without adult supervision,
- persons behaving aggressively or dangerously.
§3. RESPONSIBILITY AND USAGE RULES
Clients must inspect the equipment’s condition before use and immediately report any defects.
Equipment must be used according to its intended purpose, with special care.
Mandatory equipment includes:
- Life jacket (provided by the rental),
- Leash (ankle leash), which must be used at all times on the water.
Prohibited activities include:
- Using equipment under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
- Jumping off the board into deep water areas,
- Towing others without staff permission,
- Carrying animals without prior agreement,
- Using the board with hard-soled footwear,
- Performing self-repairs on equipment.
Equipment must be returned clean and ready for subsequent use.
In case of loss, theft, or irreparable damage, the client bears full financial responsibility for the equipment’s market value. The rental may invoice the cost of new equipment or repairs.
The rental is not liable for damages caused by participants to third parties, private, or public property.
§4. RULES FOR PADDLE TRIPS AND TRAINING PARTICIPATION
Minors can participate only under the supervision of an adult who assumes full responsibility.
Participants must follow instructions given by instructors, lifeguards, and service staff.
Our instructors hold appropriate qualifications and third-party liability insurance.
Participants violating these terms may be removed from the activity without reimbursement.
Photos may be taken during events for promotional purposes. Participation implies consent to use one’s image unless an objection is stated before the event.
§5. RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS
Reservations for equipment and trips can be made by phone, email, or online form.
Reservation cancellations:
- Free of charge if made at least 24 hours in advance,
- Less than 24 hours in advance – a fee equal to 50% of the reservation cost applies (with one free rescheduling possible).
§6. EQUIPMENT PICK-UP AND RETURN
Pick-up and return of equipment occur at the rental base (Port Nieporęt, Wojska Polskiego Street).
In the case of individually agreed alternate locations for pick-up/return, an additional fee may apply, especially if motorboat transportation is required (80 PLN within Zegrze Lake area).
§7. PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)
The administrator of personal data is Paweł Burzyński – TARCHOMIN.COM, owner of SUP Nieporęt rental.
Personal data is processed solely to provide services and is not shared with third parties.
Every client has the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data.
§8. FINAL PROVISIONS
Late returns may incur additional charges equal to the hourly rental rate for each commenced hour.
Any disputes will first be settled amicably. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be handled by the court competent for the rental’s registered office.
