A route for paddlers who already have their first SUP trips behind them. The Bug is a wild river with an unpredictable riverbed. The water is not clear but muddy, and numerous eddies mean that you need to stay alert and read the river at all times. The current is faster than on the Narew. Watch out for obstacles in the water, such as submerged branches, as well as sudden changes in depth and deceptive shallows.
One of the unquestionable advantages of this route is the close contact with wild nature and the absence of motorboats.
We start the trip in Barcice and finish at the beach in Kuligów. The trip takes approximately 2.5 hours. It is also possible to extend the route to OW Promenada in Rynia, which, in our opinion, has one of the most beautiful beaches on Lake Zegrze.
